How-To … Part 1

I was tasked with photographing a how-to over the weekend, so I decided to do How-To make Poached Pears. First you will need to gather this list of ingredients:

1/2 cup red/white wine

1/2 cup water

1/3 cup sugar (brown) / molasses

1 whole vanilla bean / or 2 tbsp vanilla

2 firm pears

2 cinnamon sticks

star anise


Peeler/Spoon/Knife/Micro Grater
